-Recipients must be 18+ at appointment time (ID required)
Rights to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to decline tattooing anyone who appears unwell/shows flu-like symptoms, requests a design that falls outside my style or scope of work, or makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Refunds: If service is declined for any of the above reasons, the voucher will be refunded to the purchaser.
No-Show and Cancellation Policy: All normal booking policies apply. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, the voucher will be revoked.
All flash designs require a booking and are $150 minimum each person.
